Why study Core Maths 

Core Maths is an excellent choice for students who enjoy Mathematics and want to continue developing their mathematical skills after GCSE, without studying a full A level Mathematics course. 

Students currently studying Business studies, Geography, Economics and Psychology also study Core Maths, helping them to develop and apply mathematical and statistical skills relevant to their studies.

  • Critical Path and Risk Analysis - Critical path analysis, risk analysis, expected values, cost benefit analysis and applying mathematical modelling to real world decision making.
