The Kingston Academy has a portal for parents/carers to access real time information about their children at the school, Edulink One. Amongst the data available are details of attendance, timetabled classes, clubs, homework and communications. You can access the portal through a web browser using the button below. There are also smartphone apps available for both iOS and Android. Edulink One was launched at TKA in 2020. In September 2021, the homework section was introduced, where you can view tasks that your child has been set to complete outside lesson time.

To ensure that you receive emails sent from school via Edulink One, please add edulink@thekingstonacademy.org to your safe senders list in your email software.

All parents/carers with parental responsibility will have an account. This setup information will be sent to the email address that we have on record for you. Parents/carers should ensure that we are supplied with a current email address, as this is required to access Edulink One. If you have more than one child at the school, you will only need one Edulink One account to view details for all of them.

If you forget your password or you do not know your login details, please use the “reset login” link on the sign in page. Please note that the “Login with Google” button will only work for pupil accounts with a TKA email address, not for parent/carer access.
