Daniel Spargo Mabbs Foundation

We are delighted to have the opportunity to host a workshop this week on Tuesday 27th February led by the Daniel Spargo-Mabbs (DSM) Foundation. The DSM Foundation is a London-based charity which supports drug and alcohol awareness amongst parents and young people.

Fiona, the founder of the charity, spoke to Year 8 and 9 pupils last half-term in a very poignant and thought provoking assembly.

The evening, which will run from 6 – 7.30pm at school, promises to give parents and young people an insight into the risks involved with  drug-taking and alcohol, as well as offering a variety of practical suggestions to help young people stay safe from these risks. For more information, click on the attached flyer. There is no need to book a place or express an interest – all parents/guardians and young people are welcome to attend.
